1. General Provisions
- This website serves as a showcase for an auto parts store. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
2. Pricing and Orders
- Two types of prices are available on the site: retail and wholesale. The choice of price type is made by the user independently.
- Placing an order through the shopping cart is a preliminary request. The purchase agreement is considered concluded only after the order is confirmed by a manager.
- For 'Pick-up' orders (Kharkiv, 38 Derzhavinska St.), placing a request on the website is mandatory, as not all items are displayed at the pick-up point.
3. Payment and Delivery
- Delivery is carried out by carriers: Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta (subject to 100% prepayment), Meest POST (courier in Kharkiv), or via self-pickup.
- Payment methods include: cash on delivery (COD), transfer to a Privatbank card, cash, non-cash payment (for FOP 2-3 groups), and online payment via WayForPay.

4. Warranty Obligations and Returns
- Each product has an individual warranty period (from 2 weeks to 5 years).
- The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt (at the post office or from a courier) for mechanical damage and completeness. After signing the receipt documents, claims regarding appearance and completeness are not accepted.

5. Liability
- We are not responsible for the loss of data in your LocalStorage (cart, favorites) due to clearing the browser cache or the technical features of your device.
